Great brands don't happen by accident.
They're built through clarity, creativity, and a deep understanding of the people they're meant to serve.
Every memorable brand has something in common.
It isn't the biggest budget. The loudest marketing. Or the trendiest design. It's the confidence to be unmistakably itself.
That's why Neon Creative exists.
We partner with ambitious founders, growing organizations, and purpose-driven businesses to build brands, experiences, and momentum that don't just look beautiful—they create connection, earn trust, and inspire action.
“If you know Jen, then you know that being in her presence is the closest you’ll get to sunshine.”
- Katherine Mazaheri, Founder/CEO, Mazaheri Law Firm
Neon isn't subtle. It catches your eye. It sparks curiosity.
It transforms ordinary spaces into unforgettable experiences.
That's exactly how we think brands should work.
Not louder for the sake of being loud.
Bolder because they know exactly who they are.
Neon is more than our name.
It's our philosophy.
Bold brands don’t ask for attention. They command it.
Jennifer Kubes,
Neon Creative Founder
For more than 15 years, I've helped organizations transform ideas into brands, stories, and experiences people remember.
My career has taken me from fashion and advertising to healthcare, retail, nonprofits, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. Along the way, I've directed award-winning campaigns, launched brands from the ground up, led record-breaking fundraising initiatives, increased retail sales by millions, and built experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways.
I've learned that the best creative work never begins with a color palette.
It begins with asking better questions.
That's why strategy is always at the center of everything we create.
The Neon Brand Story
Just a few of our happy clients.
From photoshoots in the Nevada desert to live-streaming events in New York City… we’re not afraid of a little nomadic creativity.
Jennifer’s portfolio of industry work prior to starting Neon Creative is expansive. Well-versed in the realm of art, fashion, and advertising, she’s been a writer, director, producer, website designer, social media guru, influencer, and creative director.
-
Jennifer’s vision and leadership throughout her advertising career thus far has earned her four Gold Advertising Awards in the categories of website design, short-form storytelling, and long-form storytelling.
Her photography has now reached global markets – and was most recently featured on The Today Show in August 2023.
-
With a heart for fashion and advertising, Jennifer pursued a dual major in both fields. In her fourth year of college, she was selected by her instructors and flown to Miami, Florida to work alongside five international designers to assist in backstage directing at Miami International Fashion Week.
In 2011, shortly into her agency career, she single-handedly produced, styled, and directed a highly publicized fashion show featuring multi-cultural designers to over 500+ attendees for the agency’s second-largest client.
-
In 2011, Jennifer began sharing her colorful outfits on Instagram (a brand new app at that time). After gaining over 5,000 followers in less than six months, she decided to start her own fashion blog (also unheard of then).
By 2016, her blog was attracting an average of 4,000 unique views per month and she was earning paid collaborations from coveted national retailers and global fashion brands.
As one of the first adopters within the industry of influencing, her detailed insight and close relationships with top content creators is unmatched.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
We’re proud to work with the most talented, efficient, and upbeat group of creatives across the country. When a project requires a few more hands or calls for a quicker turnaround time, we know who to call.
